PMR specialises in analysing markets which are not widely explored in market research. An example is a study conducted for an international manufacturer of formwork systems. The client has reached us in order to discover the user opinions for its products, i.e. formwork systems, in the following areas:
• growth of the formwork market in Poland
• satisfaction ratings in terms of key market players
• expected form of the sales process.
Our deliverables
In reply to the client’s needs, PMR conducted 150 quantitative interviews with the largest construction companies in Poland, whose system formwork outlays exceeded the predefined minimum value level. The information was collected through computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI) by trained and experienced PMR interviewers.
Value for the client
The information collected during the interviews allowed the client company to optimise its sales process. The findings of the satisfaction survey helped identify the key gaps in the satisfaction of its own customers, as well as the customers of the competing system formworks. Additional profiles of the analysed companies made it possible to formulate the best strategy of communication with the current and potential recipients of the client’s products.
