Understanding small businesses – focus group interviews with HVAC installers in Poland

A key player among HVAC systems manufacturers, was planning to launch a new relationship programme for their customers. Therefore they had a need to gain better understanding of everyday activities of small installing companies in Poland.
This market research project was based on qualitative methodology. PMR has conducted a few Focus Group Interviews with owners of small HVAC installing companies in Poland. Through a series of group exercises PMR identified central challenges for the industry perceived by the installers as well as personal challenges in the daily work of the companies. One of the crucial part of a project was creating solutions in form of a specific service offer for each challenge that was named.

Gathered information will allow the client to prepare the platform which would answer the target audience unmet needs. Discussion provided the client with further possible ideas for services and support services by the manufacturers along with suggestions for the communications channels that suit their customers in Poland best.
