PMR has conducted a second wave of a study on the brand image of a number of banking institutions among medium and large companies and other institutions in Russia. The study was a part of an international market research project carried out for one of the world’s largest banks. As an addition to the previous wave, we conducted another 30 CATI business-to-business interviews with managerial staff in charge of daily dealings with banks in their companies and institutions.
