Working for a global home, health and personal care products company, Research PMR carried out a series of 480 mystery shopping visits in pharmacies in 6 biggest Polish cities and completed 120 telephone interviews with Polish paediatricians as a part of a multi-country study. The main aim of the study was to assess client’s medical representatives performance in contacts with both pharmacies and physicians.
