Study of culture festival participants

A culture association which organizes a culture and arts festival in Poland asked PMR for a study of festivalgoers. The aim was to analyse the participants’ satisfaction and their preferences, to evaluate festival events and visual identification, and to rate sponsors’ brand recognition among festival attendees.
In order to perform an analysis, PMR conducted surveys among participants, journalists and representatives of the world of culture. The study was conducted in the form of an online survey or, in the case of respondents who were hard to reach, a telephone interview.
Value for the client
As a result of the study the client received information which helped to assess the latest event and to prepare for the subsequent one. The client was able to determine potential new festival products and estimated demand and ticket price. In the course of the next phase of our research we plan a comparative analysis of satisfaction and assessment of the festival.
