Gliwice Municipal's customers satisfaction study

Research PMR has been asked for questionnaire consultation and preparation of the file for data analysis from Gliwice Municipal's customers satisfaction study. Two days of workshops were organised, in which municipal representatives as well as Research PMR analysts took part. As a result of first workshop the questionnaire, project schedule, fieldwork guidelines and data template have been prepared. After fieldwork a second workshop took place, during which the study results were presented as well as tool for data analysis and reporting to be used in the next waves of the customers satisfaction study, which will be carried out by the Gliwice Municipal single-handedly.
