Product and service experience study for a major car manufacturer

PMR took part in an international qualitative market research study in the automotive sector carried out for a major car manufacturer in Europe. The aim of the project was to capture car owners’ experiences and impressions from car purchase, usage and servicing at an authorised service garage. The client intends to use the results to adjust their client service policies and work towards meeting client expectations regarding car fittings and finishing in the segment researched. In order to collect the necessary data our team carried out 10 focus group interviews with users of car makes, 18 individual in-depth interviews with users of the client’s car make, and 12 individual in-depth interviews with the client’s dealers.
