Research PMR was commissioned by a leading company, which assists emigrants with tax refunds whilst working abroad, to conduct research on their client’s satisfaction. The main aim of the study was to get an insight into hidden motives and opinions as well as to propose a new customer relation strategy. Research PMR conducted 60 mini in-depth interviews with emigrants. As a result of the research our Client was provided a report with recommendations.
