At PMR Research we take great care to ensure that our team is made up of experienced and highly skilled individuals. We hire specialists who have intimate knowledge of the CEE markets and also an understanding of global trends and the relationship between what is happening locally and what is happening internationally. We hire people who are proficient in research methods and techniques, and, importantly, people who are dedicated to growing their skillset, knowledge and experience.
Below you can find brief profiles of selected members of the PMR Research team. The team comprises 100 talented, highly motivated professionals, including researchers, analysts, consultants, editors and many other specialists.

Bartosz Kondaszewski
Managing Partner
Bartosz functional expertise focuses on both buy-side and sell-side transactional advisory, valuation and business modelling projects as well as commercial due diligence for investment decision purposes. In terms of industry expertise he worked among others in metal industry, FMCG, IT and construction. He has worked on domestic, regional and global transactions including cross-boarder deals in USA, EU, CIS and Asia.
Prior to joining PMR Bartosz worked as a Senior Consultant for Poland Corporate Finance, a one of the leading Polish consulting companies, and for Citi Group in Risk Assessment Department.
Bartosz holds a master degree in Finance and Banking (with a specialisation in investment strategies) and a bachelor degree in computer science in management, both from the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Bartosz is also a holder of an international accounting and finance qualification (ACCA) and project management credential (PMP). Currently he is during his PhD in economics studies with the dissertation focused on CEE M&A transactions characteristics.
Bartosz speaks Polish, English and German. -
Marcin Rzepka
Partner
Marcin has experience in consumer and B2B research and business efficiency projects. In addition to the financial sector, Marcin participated in projects in other industries, including FMCG, telecommunications, IT and construction segments. Marcin is specialised in customer satisfaction and segmentation research and product optimisation issues.
Prior to joining PMR, Marcin worked as a Senior Researcher at TNS Pentor, one of the largest market research institutes operating in Poland, and at PKO Bank Polski. Marcin’s tenures with these institutions enabled him to gain extensive experience in managing multiple research projects concurrently and often on a large scale. This provided him with first-hand insight into the value of research to businesses.
Marcin Rzepka holds a degree in sociology from the University of Wroclaw, majoring in social communication and market research. -
Agnieszka Kurzemska
Partner
Mainly, Agnieszka worked in the telecommunications, energy & utilities, construction, FMCG and retail sectors. Her functional practice includes sourcing and cost optimisation, strategy building and development, due diligence, IT systems audit, market entry feasibility, competitive analysis projects. She has taken part in a number of projects in the Polish, Czech, Russian and other CEE markets.
Before joining PMR, Agnieszka worked for one of the biggest international management consulting companies.
She studied sociology and philosophy at Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
Agnieszka speaks Polish and English and to some extent French, Russian and German. -
Bojan Tatalovic
Partner
Bojan's functional expertise aids in the delivery of strategic advice to clients within the areas of business strategy development, strategic sourcing, supply chain reconfiguration, market and strategic marketing research and financial modeling of new ventures. In terms of industry expertise Bojan has worked, among others, in the renewable energy industry, commercial and residential real estate development, FMCG and apparel. He has considerable work experience in South Eastern Europe and Central America. Prior to joining PMR he was active as a developer of renewable energy projects. He also worked for a joint venture of a leading American investment bank as Asset Manager and Acquisitions Analyst and had a few previous consulting professional assignments related to inward FDI in the region of South Eastern Europe.
Bojan holds a Masters in Global Management, acquired at the Antwerp Management School in Belgium, prior to which he studied at the Faculty of Economics in Macedonia, majoring in International Trade.
He speaks English, Spanish, Serbian and Macedonian. -
Anna Grabara
Senior Research Executive
Anna has been involved in research projects in various areas, including such fields as the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical market, retail, food, clothing and footwear, services and tourism. She has also participated in projects related to the operation of public institutions. Furthermore, Anna has extensive experience in coordinating international research tasks.
Her experience includes having occupied the role of CATI call centre supervisor, where she was responsible for training and supervising interviewers. Anna also has experience in a wide range of research projects involving qualitative and quantitative tasks (focusing on projects carried out using the CATI approach), including image and satisfaction research studies and desk research assignments.
Anna holds a degree in sociology from the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University with a specialisation in sociology of economy and market research. -
Monika Grzywa
Senior Research Executive
Monika has extensive research experience in multiple areas, including construction, retail, fmcg, services, medical and pharmaceutical sector as well as quality management in public institutions.
Monika has worked on a wide and diverse range of research projects, including quantitative and qualitative analyses and desk research projects. Monika has completed projects using IDI, face-to-face and CATI methodologies. Furthermore, Monika has experience in moderating focus groups and has facilitated numerous strategic workshops and conducted research methodology courses.
Prior to joining PMR, she was Research Unit Head at the Małopolski Institute of Local Government and Administration.
Monika holds a degree in sociology from the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków with a specialisation in sociology of economy and market research. She later completed post-graduate studies in economy and business management at the Cracow University of Economics.

Zofia Bednarowska
Research Executive
Zofia has extensive experience as a research project manager, moderator and data analyst. She participated in projects comprising qualitative and quantitative methods. She specializes in price testing, consumer research (satisfaction research, target research) and marketing research (brand and image analysis), as well as market research. Her research passions are primarily statistical data analysis and data visualisation. One of her key competences is preparing proposals and quotations. She has also conducted numerous research methodology and data analysis trainings. Zofia has participated in numerous research assignments in a variety of sectors, including HoReCa, FMCG and retail, medical, pharmaceutical, clothing, tourist and construction.
Zofia holds degrees in political science, inter-faculty studies in the humanities and sociology with a specialisation in research and data analysis from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Zofia also studied market research techniques at the University of Barcelona. She is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology of Economy, Education, and Social Research at the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University.
Zofia speaks Polish, English, Spanish and German. -
Justyna Filipek
CATI Studio Supervisor
Justyna coordinates a research network comprising several dozens of interviewers, recruiters, controllers, coders and researchers. She is responsible for organising the work of PMR’s CATI studio, delegating tasks, training and supervising the interviewers.
Justyna has extensive experience in the organization of field research projects (quantitative interviews, IDI and FGI interviews, observation, as well as desk research). She is one of the key members of the PMR research team, as she is responsible for contacts with moderators, transcribers, translators, and databases suppliers. She is also responsible for managing PMR’s consumer databases and the PMR Medical Panel (a panel of doctors).
While Justyna was a student, she worked as an interviewer and gained experience in conducting telephone interviews, moderating in-depth interviews, and field research. She has also worked as an employment counsellor for public institutions.
Justyna studied Sociology at the University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland. Her major field of study was Multimedia and Social Communication. Justyna speaks Polish, English and Italian.

Urszula Blak
Junior Research Executive
Ula has participated in various international quantitative and qualitative research projects, in medical, pharmaceutical, clothing, telecommunications, automotive and public institutions sectors. She has experience in moderating in-depth interviews, including B2B and B2C segments. She has also coordinated fieldwork, desk research and data analysis studies.
Prior to joining PMR, Ula gained professional experience during internships in research agencies and worked as an interviewer conducting CATI and CAPI interviews.
Ula is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in the fields of sociology with a specialization in social studies and data analysis, as well as of management in the public sector. During her studies she was awarded an annual scholarship at the University of Cordoba, studying administrative management there.
Ula is fluent in Polish, English and Spanish. -
Krystian Gryzło
Junior Research Executive
Krystian took part in domestic and international research projects in the following sectors: IT, telecommunications, tourism, FMCG and the pharmaceutical and medical market. He was chiefly responsible for statistical analysis of quantitative data and preparing final reports. Furthermore, Krystian has extensive experience in moderating telephone in-depth interviews and researching market information for desk research analysis.
Before he joined PMR, Krystian was an interviewer and auditor, working as a mystery consumer. Also, he was responsible for implementing and supervising research projects for research units and student scientific associations at the Jagiellonian University.
Krystian graduated in sociology from the Pedagogical University of Cracow and the Jagiellonian University, specializing in social research and data analysis.
Krystian speaks native Polish and fluent English. -
Marta Sarek
Junior Research Executive
Marta has valuable experience of research projects in the pharmaceutical, medical, HoReCa, FMCG and agricultural sectors. She has worked on projects for foreign research agencies, prepared reports from qualitative and quantitative studies, and desk research analysis. Marta is an experienced moderator of in-depth interviews, both B2B and B2C.
Prior to joining PMR Marta worked for public and cultural institutions in Kraków and Wrocław, deepening her experience in PR and marketing. Marta began working at PMR as an interviewer and project assistant, becoming adept at quantitative telephone interviews and individual qualitative in-depth interviews and field project coordination.
Marta holds a degree in cultural anthropology from the Jagiellonian University, and a postgraduate degree in electronic information processing technologies from the Pedagogical University of Cracow. She also has a postgraduate degree in methodology of social and market research from The Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers (PTBRiO). -
Natalia Suchowska
Analyst
Natalia’s expertise includes conducting projects in the area of market research in CEE countries, particularly in Poland and Russia. She specialises in estimating market entry opportunities and analysis of competitive environment. Natalia’s functional practice includes also desk research activities. In terms of sector specialisation she was taking part in projects for chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Before joining consulting team, Natalia worked as a consultant in PMR sales department and prior that, she worked in export department in a big Polish construction company.
Natalia holds a masters degree in Russian Studies from Jagiellonian University and a bachelor degree in International Trade from Cracow University of Economics. Moreover she completed double diploma scholarship program STAIR/Atlantis - bachelor degree in Trans-Atlantic International Relations obtained from Grand Valley State University (Michigan, USA) and Cracow University of Economics.
Natalia speaks native Polish, as well as fluent Russian and English. -
Adrian Burda
Quantitative Analyst
Adrian is responsible for preparing, based on econometric models, analyses and forecasts to be used in consulting projects and for performing comprehensive macroeconomic analyses together with forecasts concerning Central, Eastern European and CIS countries.
Prior to joining PMR he was an intern at the headquarters of one of the biggest Polish insurance companies, in the insurance risk management team, and before that in the sectoral analysis team of a large Polish bank.
Adrian holds a Bachelor's title in the field of computer science and econometrics obtained at the Cracow University of Economics. Currently he is pursuing a Master's course in the same area (specialisation: business process modelling and forecasting). He is also a scholarship holder of the Capital Market Leaders Academy.
Adrian speaks native Polish, has a very good command of English and is able to communicate in German and Spanish.
