An international company operating in the IT and new technologies industry commissioned PMR to carry out a market study aimed at exploring the potential of mobile devices in Poland. The project looked at the level of mobile solutions used by Polish companies, including the BYOD model (bring your own device), which means the possibility of using private devices for business purposes
Our deliverables
The B2B market survey was conducted on mid-size and large companies from different industries. 300 CATI interviews were conducted with companies from both the private and the public sector. All of the participating companies had their own IT department or employed a professional responsible for matters related to IT.
Value for the client
A statistical analysis of the results allowed our client to verify how international trends in mobility translate into the Polish market and to compare the local market to other markets, which were researched during earlier stages of the study. The results help to determine:
- popularity of mobile solutions in midsize and large companies
- reasons behind implementing mobile solutions
- benefits and obstacles related to implementing those solutions
- the companies’ fears associated with mobile solutions
