Wall materials customer satisfaction survey

PMR conducted a marketing study for a manufacturer of ceramic wall materials, commissioned by an international research agency. The manufacturer wanted to find out how customers perceive their product. The study pertained to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, but also to brand awareness and the company's image.
In response to our clients needs more than 400 computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATIs) were conducted. The project included both individual customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). The sample included developers, architects, construction companies, distributors, roofers and individual customers.
Value for the client
Research findings included information on brand awareness among customers, their level of satisfaction with customer service, product/service quality, the product offer, price, terms of payment and logistics.
