Our client, one of the world leading truck crane manufacturers, wanted to obtain market information concerning the opinions of truck crane users regarding their preferences and expectations with respect to the machines owned by them. The purpose was to collect information to be taken into account during the product development process.
Our deliverables
The study conducted by Research PMR covered 30 Russian truck crane users taking part in the process of purchasing new machines. The report delivered was supplemented with a detailed database containing a number of extensive opinions by the study subjects, indicating their expectations and preferences as to product innovations.
