ISVs’ relationships with vendors - qualitative B2B study (IDI) in Poland

PMR carried out a qualitative B2B study for one of our regular UK-based clients. The aim of the project was to explore the needs and expectations of ISVs in terms of their cooperation with software and hardware vendors and to collect their opinions on a potential new partnership scheme. We carried out 10 IDIs with managers of companies being members of different vendors’ partnership programmes. Interview summaries and a top-line report in English were delivered to our client as a result of this study.
