Research on selecting a new service name for a leading global oil engine producer

A leading global producer of oil engines and lubricants requested from our British partner a research on name selection for its new support service for car workshops. Research PMR was responsible for the part of research that took place in Poland. Within our part of the research, we conducted 8 in-depth interviews and 160 direct face-two-face interviews with car workshop representatives. Our research was focused not only on preferences associated with presenting possible names for the service, but also on the mechanism of choice of engine oil and lubricant provider by car workshops.
