We aim to provide the highest quality customer service, and endeavour to maintain this quality throughout each stage of a research project.
We appreciate how highly our clients value effective communication, and pay particular attention to ensuring that we meet this need, as well as being timely and reliable in our activities. A client will at all times be informed about when an offer will be send, how various stages of the project will be carried out and what will be included in the final report. We commit to doing what we can realistically accomplish, and never fail to notify a client about problems which may arise throughout the duration of the project, and how such problems can be solved.
We continually monitor the quality of the data collected, and only collaborate with trusted and proven partners. Great emphasis is placed on the recruitment and training of interviewers. Besides standard quality control procedures, we can also incorporate additional procedures in accordance with a client's wishes.
Data analysis is conducted using SPSS software, but we can present results in any format preferred by a client.
We have access to professional focus group studios which enable us to record and view sessions on-line.
Typical stages of a research project
- Within two hours of receiving a request for quotation (during our working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (CET)), a PMR analyst will contact you to confirm its receipt and to discuss the prospective research project in greater detail.
- Our offer will contain detailed information about the results provided, the cost and duration of the research. We can also include description of proposed methodology and our experience in conducting similar projects.
- If we ever have any concerns about the methodology you propose, we raise them with you. We pay particular attention to adjusting methodology and research tools to local conditions (e.g. a successful study in Great Britain may not always be possible to conduct in Poland in precisely the same form).
- Throughout the duration of the project, we communicate with you on a continuous basis (regular telephone calls and email progress reports) to ensure that you are kept up-to-date about the progress of the project and any potential problems which may have arisen. Our client retains a significant influence over each stage of the project's progress, and can always contact the project manager and ask any questions about its progress.
- After each project, even simple field research, you will receive a written report describing the methodology used, problems that arose during the research and how these problems were solved.
- When a project has been completed and you have received the results, our analyst will be at your disposal to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
